Eating is reguler for alive! Best part when get good
restaurant to enjoy meal during evening. People love to eat, healthy food,
traditional food and also mix food. Count me too! I also love to try variant
foods. All I can get in this restaurant in Senggigi Central, Lombok island,
Indonesia. This place so fantastic near beach even the sands is black sand but
I still think this is lovely place.
When I am holiday in Lombok island... I love to
discovery the Senggigi area and find this restaurant around the Senggigi central.
This area little different if I compare with my first step visit this place
2014 long ago. I bet you want to know my
opinion! My opinion is this area more good then 2 years ago. Let’s get yummy
food, my belly already hungry. The restaurant call Spice. From the outside of
the “door” restaurant this restaurant look ordinary but when I see the inside. This
is so lovely with minimalist modern design. I choose near beach. The waitress
tell us, do not seat to close the beach. Because today, the waves little high.
So, I still seat at out side restaurant (beach side). Seating in the wood
chairs and table.
The menu books, the waitress give us to take a look.
She leaves us to get know the inside the menu book to order. The price is not
cheaper, of course, middle price level but it’s o.k to try the different food
and place sometimes during holiday. Am I right? Do you want to know? How I feel
when taste the food in Spice restaurant and Bar in Senggigi area, Lombok
island, Indonesia. I will take you fly in the moment I am trying taste food in
the Spice restaurant.
Indian
Set Flavours
As the name, of course still Indian menu but the
different because this menu has many variant Indian food. I love to try some of
this food. I bet you are wonder what is contain of the Indian set flavours, I
am trying to eat, right! A set of flavoured Indian dishes: chicken tikka
massala, fish cury with saffron, dhal lentils with cumin seeds, briani rice
cooked with potato and vegetables and cinnamon, paratha bread, raita sauce, a
glass of lassi.
The curry is good, I love the taste and it’s not to
salty. The briani rice also good enough to eat. The most I like is dhal
lentils, it’s so tasty and of course I do like it this set of menu. After
eating this menu, let’s closing with drinking of lassi. I wonder about this
drink, then I am asking the waitress, she said lassi is cold drink which
consisting of original yogurt, cream or ice cream.
I still wonder so I am trying to find information
about what is a glass of lassi. SO here the information I got. A glass of lass
is various parts of Canada, mango
lassi is a cold drink consisting of sweetened kesar mango pulp mixed with
yogurt, cream, or ice cream. It is served in a tall glass with a straw, often
with ground pistachio nuts sprinkled on top. For this set menu of India the
price around 175,000 IDR and I give this 4.5 stars.
Pepes
Ikan Bakar
Indonesian of course know this menu so well. This is
traditional of Indonesia menu. It’s traditional filet of fish marinated with
lemongrass, basil, turmeric, tomato, candlenut, spicy sambal mix become one. This
fish warp with banana leave and the smell so good when this menu come to our
table. Making me more hungry! It also has vegetables (water spinach) and also
dice tomato sambal. For this menu price around 85,000 IDR and I give this 3.5 stars. Try it and you will love it. Why I give
this menu is 3.5 stars because I do not like the sambal. Perhaps because I am
not into fall in love with the sambal. So far this food so delicious and
texture of fish so soft.
Pizza
Choose 3 items
among these ones (depending on the season and the daily market): chicken, tuna,
shrimps, calamari, avocado, mushrooms, pineapple, chili. Sliced, easy to eat
with your fingers. This pizza so nice and the price for one of cubicle around
80,000 IDR. I give it 3 stars.
Honeymoon
Lady Drink
I think this is so sweet with the soda. But actually
this drink is not like what I expected. So never think “honeymoon” lady always
sweet hihihi. So for this menu I give 1.5 stars. But for orange juice I order I
give it 3 stars, it’s original oranges but it’s not so fresh, my friend said
like it but the color is interesting for this drink.
Spice lounge and restaurant in Senggigi, Lombok still
has many food you can try. But this is based on my experience while eating in
this restaurant. When I am eating in this restaurant that is around 05.00 pm.
So, this time is best way to enjoy sunset and look so romantic with nice
decoration and style of Spice lounge and restaurant. Would you try to visit

Pro and Corn: Nice place to enjoy meal and located in central of senggigi. Mostly customer which visit this place said the price is so expensive. But, if you feel comfortable and love the service and quick service. The expensive price is worth it to spend while enjoy this place. Based on some reviews in advisortripod.com
